ZenRoam LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit ZenRoam.co (the "Site") and use our eSIM connectivity services (the "Services").

This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described herein.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, and communication preferences.
  • Transaction Data: Details about the eSIM plans you purchased, timestamps of orders, and amount paid.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (UDID).
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our Site and Services.

C. eSIM Specific & Network Data (Crucial for Service) To provide global connectivity as a reseller, we and our third-party network operators collect:

  • eSIM Identifiers: ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) and IMSI.
  • Consumption Logs: Data usage volume, timestamps of connection, and the country/network provider used.
  • Note: We do not monitor or store the content of your internet traffic (websites visited, messages, etc.).

D. Payment Information

  • Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. ZenRoam does not store or process full credit card numbers or CVV codes. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to:

  • Service Delivery: Generate and deliver eSIM QR codes to your email (as per Section 6 of our T&C).
  • Network Provisioning: Coordinate with global carriers to activate your data plan.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Verify technical failures to process refund requests (as per Section 8 of our T&C).
  • Fraud Prevention: Identify high-risk transactions and prevent unauthorized chargebacks.
  • Compliance: Enforce our Terms and satisfy legal obligations in the State of Wyoming and other jurisdictions.

3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We share information only as necessary to provide the Services:

  • Network Partners: We share technical identifiers (ICCID/IMSI) with third-party network operators to enable roaming services in your destination.
  • Service Providers: We share data with Stripe (Payment), email service providers, and cloud hosting partners.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose data to comply with a subpoena, court order, or binding arbitration (as per Section 14 of our T&C).

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

ZenRoam is based in the United States. Because we provide global connectivity, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where our network partners operate. By using the Services, you consent to these cross-border transfers.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

  • Security: We implement SSL encryption and industry-standard protocols. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure.
  • Retention: We retain Identity and Transaction data for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with tax laws in Wyoming, and resolve disputes.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

As per Section 3 of our T&C, users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
