1. Introdu​ction

Welcome to ZenRoam.co (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and ZenRoam LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("ZenRoam", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

ZenRoam provides prepaid eSIM-based mobile data connectivity services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 14 CAREFULLY.

3. Eligibility and User Repre​sentations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental or legal guardian consent;
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws or regulations;
  • All information you provide to ZenRoam is accurate, complete, and current.

ZenRoam reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel transactions at its sole discretion.

4. Nature and Scope of Services

ZenRoam resells prepaid eSIM data-only plans issued by third-party network operators.

4.1 Service Limitations

  • Services are data-only unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Voice calls, SMS, or local phone numbers are not included
  • Coverage, latency, speed, and availability depend on third-party carriers

4.2 Device Compatibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device:

  • Supports eSIM technology
  • Is carrier-unlocked (SIM-free)

ZenRoam is not responsible for incompatibility, misconfiguration, or user error.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. ZenRoam does not store or process full payment card information.

By submitting payment details, you authorize ZenRoam and Stripe to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

5.3 Taxes

Prices may exclude VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar levies, which may be added at checkout depending on jurisdiction.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

ZenRoam reserves the right to:

  • Request additional verification
  • Cancel or delay orders flagged as high-risk
  • Share transaction data with payment processors for fraud prevention

6. Digital Delivery Policy

ZenRoam sells digital goods.

  • eSIM QR codes and instructions are delivered electronically after successful payment
  • Delivery is typically instantaneous but may be delayed up to 24 hours for verification
  • Failure to receive delivery due to incorrect email input is the User’s responsibility

7. Activation and Usage

  • Activation occurs when the eSIM is installed or first connects to a supported network
  • Data validity begins upon activation or upon arrival in destination, depending on plan terms
  • Unused data expires at the end of the plan validity period

Fair usage and carrier network policies apply.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1 Refund Policy Incorporation 

All refund requests are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing a Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the specific conditions for eligibility.

8.2 Digital Goods Nature

You acknowledge and agree that eSIMs are intangible digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered, displayed, or emailed to the User, it is considered "used" in the context of digital delivery.

8.3 Strict Compatibility & Lock Policy 

ZenRoam will NOT issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The User’s device does not support eSIM technology
  • The User’s device is locked to a specific carrier (Network Locked).
  • The User provides an incorrect or invalid email address during checkout.
  • The User deletes the eSIM profile from their device after installation.

8.4 Technical Malfunction Refunds

Refunds may only be considered if a technical defect originates from ZenRoam or its underlying network partners and the User has:

  • Contacted ZenRoam Support at support@zenroam.co to report the issue.
  • Provided requested screenshots and diagnostic information to assist in troubleshooting.
  • Allowed ZenRoam a reasonable timeframe to resolve the technical issue.

8.5 Chargeback and Fraud Protection

Unauthorized chargebacks or abusive refund requests may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the User's account and access to any active Services. ZenRoam reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks by providing transaction logs and proof of digital delivery to the payment processor.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Spam, smishing, or mass automated traffic
  • Resale or redistribution without written authorization
  • Circumventing carrier restrictions or network controls

ZenRoam may suspend or terminate Services immediately upon violation.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, software, and documentation, is the exclusive property of ZenRoam LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Third-Party Services and Networks

ZenRoam acts solely as a reseller.

We are not responsible for:

  • Network outages or degradation
  • Actions or omissions of third-party carriers
  • Regulatory restrictions imposed by local authorities

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

ZENROAM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ZENROAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ZENROAM IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

14.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS.

14.2 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

ZenRoam may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Amendments

ZenRoam may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
