Shipping & Delivery Policy

ZenRoam LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates strictly as a provider of digital telecommunications services. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how our products are delivered to you when you purchase an eSIM from ZenRoam.co (the "Site").

This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. By purchasing our Services, you agree to the practices described herein.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY (NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING)

All products sold on ZenRoam.co are intangible digital goods (eSIM profiles delivered via QR code). We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical SIM cards, nor do we dispatch any physical items to your postal address. Therefore, traditional shipping rates, shipping carriers, customs duties, and physical delivery timeframes do not apply.

2. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMEFRAME

Upon successful authorization and processing of your payment via Stripe, your eSIM QR code, along with detailed installation and activation instructions, will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery is typically instantaneous (within 5 to 15 minutes).
  • Security Delays: As outlined in Section 5.4 and Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions, delivery may occasionally be delayed up to 24 hours if a transaction is flagged by our payment processor for manual fraud verification.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure seamless delivery, it is your sole responsibility to provide a correct, active, and accessible email address at checkout. ZenRoam LLC shall not be held liable for delayed or failed delivery arising from:

  • Typographical errors in the email address provided during purchase.
  • Our emails being automatically routed to your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders by your email service provider.
  • Your inability to access the provided email account.

4. NON-RECEIPT OF DIGITAL PRODUCT 

If you have not received your eSIM QR code email within thirty (30) minutes of a successful payment, and you have thoroughly checked your Spam/Junk folders, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify your transaction and re-send the digital product to the correct email address.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For inquiries regarding refunds for undelivered or unactivated eSIMs, please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note that once an eSIM QR code has been delivered, displayed, or emailed to you, it is considered "used" in the context of digital delivery, as stated in Section 8.2 of our Terms and Conditions.
